OCPS Stellar Awards – Celebrating Excellence

On Friday, January 30, the Orange County Public Schools community will gather at the Rosen Shingle Creek for the annual Stellar Awards, an event dedicated to honoring outstanding staff who exemplify the highest standards in supporting all of our students. This year, more than 500 stellar educators and school & district support staff will be celebrated for their dedication and impact, including 19 exceptional finalists who stood out among their peers.

Hello, Westridge Families!

Red Ribbon Week is here, and it’s a wonderful opportunity for our students to celebrate making healthy and positive choices. Each day this week, we’ll have special activities and dress-up themes to remind everyone of the importance of living drug-free and leading by example. Let’s all participate and show our school spirit!

As we move deeper into the quarter, I want to encourage every student to stay motivated and focused. Remember, success doesn’t come from what you do occasionally—it comes from what you do consistently. Keep setting goals, working hard, and believing in yourself. Every effort you make now will pay off later!

Please remember that our dress code must be followed at all times. Dressing appropriately helps maintain a positive learning environment and shows respect for yourself and others.

Finally, I want to remind everyone that tardies are being closely tracked. Arriving to class on time is an important habit that reflects responsibility and respect for your teachers and peers. Continued tardiness can result in consequences, including detention. Let’s all do our part to be punctual and prepared for learning each day.

Together, let’s make this an amazing week of school pride, positive choices, and strong effort!
